// Coach 01 · iOS

Ask Coach. It acts.

Not a chatbot with a template. Coach reads your actual training and builds the workout, logs the sets, answers with your numbers.

The Coach chat: asked to walk through Push Day, Coach proposes the 5-exercise workout as a tappable card

// Build 02 · iOS + Web

Build the plan.

390 exercises with demos, color-coded folders, supersets and tempo. Or paste a screenshot or a Reddit split and it’s ready to log.

// Track 03 · iOS

Log every set.

The live session follows you — reps and weight prefilled, the rest timer on your Lock Screen, PRs flagged the second you hit them.

// Routines 04 · iOS + Web

Never skip the basics.

Daily non-negotiables — 50 push-ups, a 2-mile run — tracked next to your workouts. Hit them and the streak grows. Skip them and it shows.

The routine tracker: 2 of 5 logged on a 2-day streak — pull-ups and push-ups done, plank, stretching, and a walk still open

// Compete 05 · iOS + Web

Train with your crew.

One challenge, one live leaderboard. Everyone sees who showed up — and who didn’t.

Your watch helps count your reps.

Start a set on your Apple Watch and it helps count your reps on common lifts — press, curl, row, squat — with live heart rate and a rest timer. Your active workout lives on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

// FAQ

Q1

How do I get it?

NOWISLIFE is coming to iOS first, with a web companion right behind it. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's your turn — we're opening access in waves.
Q2

What's the difference between a workout and a routine?

A workout is a session you build and train through — sets, reps, rest, logged set by set. A routine is your daily non-negotiables (50 push-ups, a 2-mile run) that feed your streak. Workouts are what you train; routines are what you never skip.
Q3

Does it work with my Apple Watch?

Yes — start a set on your Apple Watch and it helps count your reps on common lifts, with live heart rate and a rest timer. Your active workout also shows on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Q4

Do I have to count calories?

No — NOWISLIFE is built around training, not nutrition logging. You get everything out of it just by showing up and tracking the work. No calorie counting required.
Q5

What does it cost?

The app is free. Early users also lock in a deal when we launch — one more reason to join the list now.
