Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NOWISLIFE. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may register one account per person. You may optionally register a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN) for passwordless login; your biometric data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. The app tracks your daily workout streaks (consecutive days you complete your routine) as a motivational metric. Streak data is part of your account and may be affected by account changes or service interruptions.

Fitness Disclaimer

NOWISLIFE is a workout tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. The optional Workout Debt feature is motivational only and does not represent medical or clinical guidance. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

AI-Powered Coach

NOWISLIFE includes an optional AI Coach that generates a personalized daily message on your Today page. The Coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Only your first name and workout data (exercise names, targets, and completion status) are shared with the model to generate your message. No other personal information is included. You can disable the Coach at any time in Settings.

Support AI Triage

When you submit a support ticket or contact message, the text of your message, your name, and any screenshot you attach may be processed by an AI model to generate a summary and priority assessment for our support team. This processing helps us respond faster. No payment information or passwords are ever included.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive one-time SMS verification codes from NOWISLIFE. Messages are sent via Twilio solely for account verification — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency is one (1) message per verification request. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Team Features

When you join a team, your workout contributions, challenge completions, and aggregate progress data are visible to other members of that team.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the data you provide. By using NOWISLIFE you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data is queued for permanent removal after a 7-day grace period.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NOWISLIFE will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

YOU AND NOWISLIFE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by submitting a written notice through nowislife.com/contact. Your notice must include your name and the email address associated with your account.

Limitation of Liability

NOWISLIFE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOWISLIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and notify you through the app. Continued use of NOWISLIFE after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. NOWISLIFE is currently available to U.S. users only.
