SMS Consent & Disclosure

What Messages We Send

NOWISLIFE sends one-time SMS verification codes to the phone number you provide during account registration. These codes are used solely to verify your identity and secure your account. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.

How You Opt In

During account registration on the NOWISLIFE mobile app or web app, you are asked to provide your phone number. By entering your phone number and proceeding with registration, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code. The following consent language is displayed at the point of phone number collection:

“By providing your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

One (1) message per verification request. You will only receive an SMS when you initiate account registration or request a password reset.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NOWISLIFE does not charge for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message from NOWISLIFE to stop receiving messages. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means, including replying to a message, emailing us, or submitting a request at nowislife.com/contact. Opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days.

How to Opt Back In

Reply START to resume receiving verification messages, or re-enter your phone number during registration.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NOWISLIFE.

Privacy

Your phone number is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for any purpose other than account verification.
