Post from your phone
Posts start in the app: finish a workout and choose Post to Crew on the summary. On the web, + New › Post a workout sends it to your phone. Settings › Privacy › Share workouts automatically posts every one.
Spot a post
Spot says you saw it. The post shows who spotted it.
Check in at your gym
+ New › Check in on the Feed sends you to the app to choose your gym. In the app, the start sheet also checks you in as a workout starts at your gym, with Undo. Friends who check in show under Training now for 90 minutes.
Find people
Open People to search by name or @handle, and follow someone to see their posts in your Feed. Finding friends from your contacts is in the app.
Choose who sees it
Every post picks its audience: Everyone, Followers, or Only me. Only me keeps it as your own receipt.

On the web you can read the Feed, spot posts, and find people. Posting and checking in happen on your phone.
