How do I view my workout history?
Open History to switch between your activity log, calendar heatmap, and Stats. Stats shows workout totals and recent volume trends, plus current-month routine progress when that data is available.

What does the workout volume chart track?
It groups completed workout volume by week across the most recent four-week window. Routine progress is summarized separately for the current month.
