// Frequently asked
Q1

What are teams?

Teams let you work out alongside friends, family, or anyone you want to stay accountable with. Each team gets a daily challenge everyone contributes to together.
Q2

How do daily challenges work?

Each day your team gets a new exercise challenge with a group target (e.g. 500 push-ups). Every member logs their reps and the team works toward the goal together.
Q3

How does challenge scheduling work?

Team admins schedule challenges ahead of time from the team's Schedule page — one per day, set up for future dates so your team always has something to work toward.
Q4

How do I join a team?

Join through an invite link shared by a team leader, or open Social and use + New to create your own team.
Q5

How does the leaderboard work?

Each challenge's leaderboard ranks members by their contributions to that challenge. It updates as members add activity; it is not a separate weekly-reset leaderboard.
