Read the dashboard

Today brings your scheduled workout, recurring routines, and live team challenges into one place. Tap a card to do the work on its full screen.

Run today's workout

Assign a workout if the day is open, then tap Start to launch the live cockpit. The minimized player keeps the session available across the app.

Log your routines

Open the routine card to enter reps, time, distance, or weight. Progress and your streak update as you log.

Help your team

When a team challenge is live, its card shows the shared goal. Open it to contribute and see the standings update.

Browse the week and ask Coach

Tap a day in the week strip to preview its plan. Expand the daily Read for training context, then use the Ask bar for changes or advice.

What counts as completing a workout?

A day is complete when you've logged every exercise scheduled on Today — that's what triggers the celebration. Check each one off as you finish.
Q2

How does the streak work?

Your streak counts consecutive training days where you completed at least one exercise — showing up counts, even if you don't clear the whole day. Rest days (nothing scheduled) are skipped and don't break it. Miss a scheduled day entirely and the streak resets to zero.
Q3

What are workout celebrations?

Clear everything for the day and you'll see confetti, hear a fanfare, and get a congratulatory note. It's a small reward for showing up. Adjust or disable the sounds in Settings.
